Goal:

Create a soft, professional brand and a flexible digital platform that grows with Ana’s business — later updating it to lower costs and realign her website strategy with her evolving services.

Challenge:

La Pera ELE needed:

  • A welcoming brand identity that appealed to both children and adult learners.

  • A functional website that supported digital product sales and Ana’s growing audience.

  • A migration from WordPress to a more sustainable platform, avoiding hosting costs rising above €300/year.

  • A homepage refresh to better reflect Ana’s updated business focus after two years of growth.

Solution:

Branding and Initial Website Creation:

  • Designed a soft pastel color palette and a playful pear-themed brand identity to reflect Ana’s approachable teaching style.

  • Built a WordPress website with a shop integrated with Gumroad, making digital sales easy and intuitive.

  • Created branded Instagram templates and AI-generated 365 content ideas for a full year of consistent social media presence.

  • Redesigned Ana’s worksheets to align with her new visual branding.

Website Migration and Strategy Update:

  • Migrated La Pera ELE’s website from WordPress to Framer during a focused VIP Design Day, reducing annual hosting costs and improving performance.

  • Used the migration as an opportunity to strategically update the homepage:

    • Highlighted Ana’s new focus on Spanish for Erasmus students and language exams.

    • Simplified the structure for a better user journey, making it easier to find courses and resources.

  • Preserved brand consistency while refreshing the overall look and messaging to better match Ana’s current business goals.

Design Details:

  • Delivered an updated brand guidelines document ensuring consistency across all channels.

  • Maintained a friendly, clean, and approachable visual style on the new platform.
